If you have any questions about how your personal data is processed, you are welcome to contact me at the email address above.

2. What personal data is processed?

TYSK Marketing does not currently use contact forms, newsletter sign-ups or online booking functions on this website.

If you contact TYSK Marketing directly by email, I may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, job title and the content of your enquiry.

The website and its technical service providers may also process technical information associated with your visit, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and information collected through cookies or similar technologies. Wix states that its platform may process visitor browsing and click activity, device/browser information, referring pages and timestamps.

3. Why is your personal data processed?

Personal data may be processed in order to:

  • respond to enquiries and communicate with potential or existing clients;

  • provide and manage marketing and consulting services;

  • administer client relationships, agreements, invoicing and bookkeeping;

  • operate, secure and understand the use of this website; and

  • comply with legal obligations.

The legal basis depends on the situation and may include taking steps prior to or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and developing the business, or consent where required.

4. Cookies and website analytics

This website is hosted on Wix and may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the website to function and, where applicable, to understand how the website is used.

Cookie preferences and consent are managed through Usercentrics. Where consent is required, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used based on your choices in the cookie banner.

You can review or change your cookie preferences through the cookie settings available on the website.

TYSK Marketing does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Cookies and similar identifiers can constitute personal data under GDPR, for example when associated with an IP address, device or browsing behaviour.

5. Service providers

TYSK Marketing uses selected service providers to operate the business and website. These currently include, where relevant:

Wix – website hosting and operation
Google Workspace – business email, calendar and cloud services
Usercentrics – cookie consent management
Dinero – accounting and invoicing

These providers may process personal data on behalf of TYSK Marketing or otherwise in connection with providing their services. Where required, appropriate data-processing and transfer arrangements are used.

6. How long is personal data kept?

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

For example, correspondence with potential clients will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably necessary, while information relating to invoices, transactions and accounting may need to be retained for longer periods to comply with Danish bookkeeping and tax requirements.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data;

  • correction of inaccurate personal data;

  • deletion of your personal data;

  • restriction of processing;

  • objection to certain processing; and

  • data portability where applicable.

If processing is based on consent, you may also withdraw that consent.

To exercise your rights, contact saskia@tyskmarketing.dk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you are dissatisfied with the way your personal data is processed. Information about your GDPR rights and complaints is available from Datatilsynet.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when TYSK Marketing changes its services, website functionality or use of service providers. The current version will always be available on this website.
